Global fluid management solutions provider Industrial Flow Solutions, based in Connecticut, USA, has agreed to acquire Dreno Pompe, an Italian designer and manufacturer of high quality, electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.
This news follows the recent acquisition by Industrial Flow Solutions of Scotland-based Clearwater Controls, further expanding the company’s growing European presence.
