National water retailer water2business has extended its partnership with Coffee#1 for a further two years

Having worked closely for two years, water2business will continue to provide water and wastewater services to 84 of Coffee#1’s sites across the UK.

Its dedicated Account Management Team will continue to improve the retailer’s water efficiency, and ensure timely, accurate consolidated billing.

The renewed partnership will allow the national water retailer to reduce Coffee#1’s consumption and maximise efficiencies across their coffee shops – reducing their carbon footprint.

This positive news for water2business follows a succession of contract extensions with leading national brands, including Pirelli Tyres, Advinia Health Care, and restaurant chain itsu.

During a successful 2022 for the national water retailer, water2business secured its position as the number one ranked large water retailer for market performance compliance for a fifth consecutive year.

Commenting on the contract renewal, Managing Director of water2busines, Charley Maher, said:

“We are delighted to see another large national brand extend their partnership with us. Known for its friendly and welcoming customer service, Coffee#1’s ethos aligns perfectly with our own approach at water2business, sharing our commitment to customer excellence.

“We look forward to continuing to provide Coffee#1 with great service to manage their bills effectively and achieve their water efficiency goals in 2023 and beyond, as we continue to see our partnership flourish.”

Coffee#1 added:

“We are delighted to be renewing our partnership with water2business. Our experience of working with them to date has been positive and our collective ambition to improve water efficiency makes it an easy choice for us to make”
