Recognising the importance of AMP7 for the UK’s water infrastructure, Mabey Hire, the UK temporary works specialist, has invested in a dedicated AMP7 team, furthering its support and commitment to the utilities sector.

Headed up by Lisa Bury, Business Development Manager, Mabey Hire have a dedicated team of experienced Regional Sales Managers strategically positioned across the UK’s 11 water authority zones/areas, to help support both the planned and reactive works within the seventh Asset Management Period (AMP7).

Alongside its 60 years’ experience, Mabey Hire has the widest range of temporary works equipment available for hire in the industry. It is this comprehensive portfolio, combined with its industry expertise, that will enable the temporary works supplier to work closely with water authorities and contractors to help overcome the unique challenges found within the utilities sector.

Speaking about the investment, Lisa Bury, Business Development Manager – AMP7 at Mabey Hire said:

“The seventh AMP framework marks a huge investment by utility companies and authorities in our UK water infrastructure, helping to improve, invest in and repair our pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, sewer overflows and pumping stations.
