Steve Vick International announces leadership transition

Steve Vick International (SVI) has announced that Crock Harrison will be transitioning to a new role, making way for Caspar Vick to assume the position of Managing Director.

After a remarkable 41 years of service, Crock has been instrumental in driving the business forward, embodying the values that have made the company a success. Caspar, who has served his apprentice within various areas of the business, including the warehouse, Contract Services, and Technical Sales, has gained invaluable experience and knowledge that have prepared him well for this new role.

Over the next 12 months, Crock will gradually reduce his working hours to a four-day work-week, while Caspar will work closely alongside, further developing his skills and expertise under Crock’s guidance.

By July 2024, Caspar will assume the full role of Managing Director. Crock will continue to contribute to the company’s success, focusing his efforts on Special Projects and other crucial aspects of the business.

Crock Harrison commented :

With this transition, SVI has reaffirmed its commitment to adapt and evolve while staying true to its roots as a family-run business. The company is looking forward to a bright future under Caspar’s leadership, building on the strong foundation laid by Crock Harrison.
