Anglo Pumps wins industry accolade

Anglo Pumps, part of the Metcor Group, was honoured at the Pump Industry Awards on March 14th, clinching the prestigious title of Distributor of the Year at their first attempt.

“It’s an incredible privilege for Anglo Pumps to be named Distributor of the Year,” says Danny Burden, General Manager. “An achievement that reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team, who consistently go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Very proud to be part of them.”

Nicholas Gaisman, the CEO of Metcor Group, their parent company, adds:

“The only company to be selected as a finalist in four of the awards categories, Anglo Pumps have shown a continuing commitment to excellence. Throughout the Metcor Group, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch, sustainable solutions and unparalleled service, and this award validates everyone’s efforts.”

The Award win comes just weeks after Metcor Environmental won Contractor of the Year at the NADC’s National Drainage Awards.

The event was jointly organised by the British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA) and Touchwave Media, for this specialist sector, crucial to the UK’s water and waste water management industry.
