LCM announces acquisition of Corroguard

LCM, a provider of energy and critical infrastructure services, has announced the acquisition of CorroGuard Ltd, a renowned coatings and linings service provider. 

By combining LCM’s expertise with CorroGuard’s specialised capabilities, the companies believe the acquisition will create a powerful partnership that drives innovation and delivers superior value to customers. Together, LCM and CorroGuard offer a comprehensive range of coatings and linings services, including: media blasting, glass flake and resins coatings and linings, GRP laminate systems – alongside single and double wall lining, and a variety of wrapping and coating systems.
