New range of food grade centrifuges launched by centrifuge supply company MSE Hiller

Centrifuge supply company MSE Hiller has announced the launch of a new range of food grade centrifuges.

MSE Hiller’s DecaFood machines are available in a range of designs and sizes to cover capacities from 1 to 100 m3/hr and include food grade, Gas tight and Atex Exe-rated designs. They are available in both 2 phase (Solid / Liquid) and three phase (Oil / Water / Solid) configurations.

The company said the machines are often able to recover various food grade materials and oils as reusable saleable products at maximum separation efficiency.

Working in partnership with leading industry names, MSE Hiller said it is committed to both minimising production costs and maximising process efficiency for customers.

Test machines are available to trial and typical applications include – juice production, oil recovery, protein extraction, starch, fibre, peel, pulp, fish, fats, meats and suchlike.

The trial centrifuge systems are fitted with a fully automated stainless steel system control panel with auto wash facility, Cleaning In Place CIP system, hygienic feed pump, stainless support stand, pipework, valves, flowmeters and stainless steel screw conveyors.
