Browne Group, part of the £1bn+ revenue Renew Holdings plc, has announced the full integration of the Enisca Group into its operations, which the company says will expand its capacity to deliver both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects across the UK water and environmental sectors.

As part of this evolution, Enisca Browne will now operate as the Group’s dedicated non-infrastructure division, contributing to a projected turnover of approximately £190 million for this financial year. The company says this strategic integration unites deep technical expertise, complementary delivery experience, and a shared focus on providing agile, smart, sustainable engineering solutions to clients across the UK.

Browne Group says the move reflects its ongoing commitment to aligning its operations with the needs of a sector preparing for the demands of AMP8 and beyond, as it is now positioned to offer broader capabilities, increased agility, and greater geographic coverage in delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

“This integration is a significant step in our journey,” said Paul McMahon, Managing Director at Browne. “Bringing Enisca Browne fully into the Browne Group allows us to provide a more cohesive and scalable service offering to our clients, across both infrastructure and non-infrastructure delivery. It adds increased engineering expertise to meet the complex needs of AMP8.”

Browne Group’s expanded offer includes the design and delivery of capital investment programmes, MEICA installations, reactive maintenance, and digital optimisation, underpinned by a collaborative approach and a commitment to engineering that it says delivers long-term value to communities and clients alike.

Through Profitec Solutions, the Group also brings specialist capabilities in electrical engineering, system integration, and process automation, including the off-site manufacture of package plant and the delivery of high-quality switchboards and control systems.

As part of the integration, Browne has undertaken a brand refresh to bring the look and feel of the business in line with its new structure and tier-one delivery capability. The refreshed brand also supports its recruitment drive as Browne says it continues to grow and invest in its people across the UK.
