Environmental professionals invited to take part in this year’s National Environmental Services Survey

Sustainability professionals from across the environmental sector are invited to take part in this year’s National Environmental Services Survey (NES) 2025 launched by the organiser of the Environmental Services & Solutions Expo (ESS Expo), the UK’s biggest event for environmental services.

The organiser of ESS Expo says the 2025 edition of the survey is set to be the most comprehensive and influential yet, offering an in-depth exploration of the challenges and innovations currently shaping the environmental services sector. It will gather insights on key topics identifying the sector’s key concerns. The results will be shared with the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and the Environment Agency, aiming to inform and influence future environmental policy in the UK.

Commissioned in collaboration with the Environmental Services Association (ESA) and charity partner Groundwork, the survey will provide valuable data that will help guide both industry strategy and the wider national conversation on environmental sustainability.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and all environmental professionals are encouraged to contribute. Every response helps to build a clearer picture of the opportunities and challenges facing the environmental services sector today. Your insights are crucial to shaping the future of environmental policy and practice in the UK.
