M Group successfully completes acquisition of Telent following regulatory approvals

M Group has successfully completed the acquisition of Telent, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading provider of operational technology and critical digital infrastructure solutions, following the necessary regulatory approvals.

Combining M Group’s leading infrastructure services offering with Telent’s leading technology and digital solution capabilities, M Group said this transformative deal marks an exciting new phase for both businesses.

The company said the acquisition will strengthen longstanding relationships with shared customers and accelerate the Group’s ambitious growth plans, providing an even greater breadth and depth of expertise to key markets.
