British Water launches annual Water and Wastewater Company Performance Survey

2024 Water and Wastewater Company Performance Survey • Deadline 28 June 2024

British Water, which represents the interests of the UK’s water and wastewater supply chain, has launched their annual Water and Wastewater Company Performance Survey.

Every year the trade association invites contractors, consultants, and suppliers to share valuable insights on water and wastewater companies’ performance over the past year.

It’s an opportunity for companies in the supply chain to rate water company clients in 12 key areas such as innovation, professionalism, contractual approach, and communication.

British Water says this feedback helps shape the industry’s understanding of performance and areas for improvement. With an expected increase in infrastructure spend across the UK, these insights are crucial for informed decision-making.

The survey can be completed here.

Submit your completed survey by 17:00 on Friday, 28 June 2024.
