Mikael suggests that, when it comes to both the essential work maintaining and adequately funding strategic services for emergency events in the water industry and the management and delivery of the complex operation of water and wastewater sampling, outsourcing has many benefits to offer – not least ensuring that, with AMP8 on the horizon, water companies focus on their key business activities.
