Munters creates new data centre technologies division

Munters, a global leader in energy-efficient air treatment and climate solutions, is changing the structure of the organization to create a new Data Center Technologies business area.

With the organizational change, Munters will have three business areas: AirTech, FoodTech and Data Center Technologies. Like the other business areas, Data Center Technologies will be responsible for its own profit and loss and the full value chain to enable profitable growth.

Data centers is a prioritized and growing market segment for Munters, and the company has achieved high traction and strong growth so far.

“The organizational change will through an increased focus maximize the value the business areas can provide our customers in an effective way,” says Klas Forsström, CEO and President at Munters. “I am very happy that Stefan Aspman has accepted the role as President of Data Center Technologies. His strong commercial capabilities, global business experience and proven leadership skills together with our data center team’s leading industrial knowledge will further strengthen the segment in this important growth phase.”
