Environmental Monitoring Solutions announces two new Directors

Environmental Monitoring Solutions has announced the appointment of two new Directors; Mike Brownhill and Gary Thursfield.

Mike, previously Operations Manager, will be appointed to Operations Director and Gary will move from his role as Techinical Manager to become Technical Director.

The company say that both Mike and Gary have been vital to the success of projects such as eDAS 4.0, their environmental data acquisition system.

Mike says: “I’ve been part of the EMS journey for the past 12 years. In that time, I’ve seen people grow and develop personally, which has been a massive factor in the growth of EMS and the development of our company culture. I feel excited and privileged to be part of the next chapter and I am looking forward to helping to develop the team further.”

These new appointments will support EMS as it continues to grow its offerings across the country and support its services across air, water and environmental monitoring.

Gary adds: “This is an exciting opportunity for me, alongside the new board of directors, to continue to develop EMS’s innovative approaches to monitoring the environment and the high standards that EMS is built on.”
